About Hisarönü Milk Desserts

It all began in a small dessert shop in Germany.

Sevinç and Sami Özsoy, a couple, worked for many years specializing in milk desserts in Germany. But with the arrival of their twin children, they made a very special decision: to return to their homeland, İzmir. They wanted to both keep their culture alive for their children and raise them in a healthier environment.

With this return, they didn’t just go back to a place; they went back to the past, to traditions, and to the beloved flavors they longed for.

Behind Ms. Sevinç’s words, “I never serve my customers anything I wouldn’t feed my own children at home,” lies not only a mother’s sensitivity but also a philosophy about taste and trust.

Among our desserts, kazandibi, sütlaç, and options with almonds, walnuts, and Antep pistachios stand out. Each is cooked slowly over low heat with patience using traditional methods.
