Our dream was born in that small shop on the corner of one of Kemeraltı’s narrow streets.

We had big dreams, but only a tiny space. We made desserts during the day and planned at night.

Everything was uncertain, but hope was always there. This shop was our first step.

With the strength we gained from our first shop, we opened another place right next to it. It was small, but its meaning was big; we called it the "sister shop."

This second step was both to grow our business and to expand our dream.

Of course, like every new beginning, there were ups and downs. Some days, ingredients were hard to find; other days, our desserts couldn’t keep up with demand.
But every challenge brought us closer together.

And one day, with the simplest yet strongest idea from within us, we continued on our path: milk desserts.

That day, we decided to carve our own path with a simple but sincere flavor.

Leaving difficulties behind, Hisarönü Milk Desserts was born at a moment when everything came together.

We put our mother’s love into every dessert and welcomed every guest as if they were coming to our home. Today, we have become a family.
